The Basis open-source software is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions in that licence.
By creating a Basis Cloud account you agree to these Terms. The Cloud service is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable uptime targets. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
You may not use Basis Cloud to:
You own your data. Basis does not claim ownership of any financial records, customer data, or content you store. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Paid Cloud plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or service. The total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta.
